System Architecture
eCQM operates through three synchronized units connected over TCP/IP — each with a precise role that eliminates human error at every stage.
The control room hub. Manages all graduate data, assigns RFID cards, records special awards (Dean's List, Chancellor Award), and controls all screen displays in real time. Also integrates directly with the video overlay processor and PA system.
Control RoomPositioned before entry to the seating area. Graduates scan their RFID card to verify identity and data accuracy before the ceremony begins. If a card is missing or damaged, the operator reassigns a replacement — zero panics in front of the stage.
Pre-Stage CheckPlaced at the stage entrance. When a graduate scans their tag here, the system instantly sends their data to the Main Unit, which triggers the screen display and PA announcement — all before they've taken three steps onto the stage.
